Let us start with good news for once. Warhammer 40k: Armageddon, the hex-based, turn-based strategy will be released this week and should be out by Thursday’s midnight. This game is so rich in its lore that it has a whole history book describing the events that took place since the Birth of the Star Gods until the 13th Black Crusade. If you are not familiar with the history of this game then we will give you more details about it when the game is out. Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon is merely one installment out of many that were released on PC (some on mobile as well). However, this game takes place during the Second War for Armageddon, where you will lead the imperial forces of the Armageddon Steel Legion along with the Space Marines to defend the planet against the unstoppable Ork invasion.
You will be joined by the Salamanders, the Blood Angels, and the Ultramarines in this galactic fight. Developer Slitherine promises over 30 scenarios in apocalyptic environments where you can empower your legions through experience and upgrades. The game will include a complex plot and a branching campaign much similar to its PC version which was very well accepted by gamers and critics alike. Having said that, we will judge this game based on how it performs on mobile but we are very hopeful because the developer has yet to disappoint with its deliveries. For now, it has been confirmed to come on IOS only. Check the trailer for this game below.
