FNAF World – Coming Soon

Come on, you saw that coming! Scott Cawthon wasn’t finished with the Five Nights at Freddy’s franchise yet. In fact, we have official news that there is something new to come. However, we must emphasize that Scott Cawthon confirmed that there will be no Five Nights at Freddy’s 5 because the horror series is over. This doesn’t mean that there cannot be another similar game with the same characters, but a different genre.

The next game Scott is working on will be called FNAF World, an RPG where you get to create a party by using the massive selection of the FNAF characters at your disposal. The game is still under development and character models are being worked on at the moment. It is very clear that the FNAF characters greatly hold a sentimental meaning to Scott as well as to the fans; and that explains why he wants to use these characters for his next game. The original characters will be revamped into ”adventure characters,” but the collection will include characters from the classic, withered, toy, phantom, and nightmare versions.

There will be no demo for this new game around Halloween but it will be available when it’s ready. FNAF World will be available for PC, iOS, & Android devices. Since there is no release date yet, we can only speculate as to when it will be released. A wild guess would be around late December of this year, since in the past Scott has released his games earlier than expected. It will be interesting to see what is next for the Five Nights at Freddy’s franchise. Stay tuned with our website for more information.
