The fighting fans’ favorite, Mortal Kombat X [Free], has been updated with three new challenges, new rewards, new Booster Packs, and adjustments to the Faction War scoring system. Regardless of any update, this gory game is a must-have if you are by any chance a fan of Mortal Kombat or Fighting in general. It will keep you hooked with its brutal fatalities and iconic characters.

As for the update, Challenge The Darkness event offers three new challenges that will take you to the depths of the NetherRealm where you take on enemies in Normal and Hard mode. If successful, you can earn three Dark characters: Dark Raiden, Dark Empress Kitana, & Revenant Kung Lao. In addition, starting December 11th, there will be daily gifts due to the holidays. These daily gifts will end on January 1st, 2016, so make the best out of these rewards.

Finally, there are new Booster Packs that will increase the chance of getting Klassic Scorpion or Klassic Sub-Zero, the two legendary rivals from Mortal Kombat franchise. In regards to the Faction War scoring system, it has been adjusted and balanced to provide a better experience for the players. That is all for this update.
