Being fans of the Grand Theft Auto series, we welcomed Gangstar Rio: City of Saints with open arms when it was first released in 2011. Gameloft’s Gangstar titles were some of the first open world games where you got to experience the GTA adventures through Gameloft’s well designed mobile franchise. Luckily, there has been news on the upcoming Gangstar game which will be called Gangstar: New Orleans and it will unfold as a social open world experience.
From the images provided, we can see that the visuals look beyond beautiful and definitely more enhanced than its predecessor. New Orleans is a major United States port and has been influenced by European culture throughout the years. Perhaps we will see memorable places in the game such as the French Quarter, the oldest neighborhood in the city.
It is very exciting to see Gangstar: New Orleans coming to mobile devices this year and with the wonders that Gameloft accomplished on Gangstar Vegas, we can only imagine what they can accomplish with the upcoming sequel. While Gameloft did mention that it will be released in the 3rd Quarter of 2016, the game has been delayed and we hope to see it between October and December of this year. In the next one you should put first person and bikes and if you can make the motorcycle controls easier to use so I guess I’m saying make the game more like gangster vegas only on the bike part and you should make the next game in Miami.
