In 2004, Activision & The Creative Assembly released one of the best iconic strategy games of all times, Rome: Total War. The game focused on the reign of the Roman Republic between 270 BC & AD 14. The turn-based game focus on strategic campaigns throughout Europe, North Africa, and the Near East. What made it very interesting at the time is its diplomacy management features, military command, population rule, and infrastructure development.

Rome: Total War will be released for the iPad this Autumn by SEGA & Feral Interactive. The game is the third series in a successful franchise and was extremely well received by PC gamers.
