A great day for the Warhammer fans now that Warhammer 40K: Armageddon – Da Orks [$14.99] is available worldwide. This is the second instalment of the Armageddon series. The first game was a hexagonal turn-based strategy that allowed you to control thousands of Space Marines and Imperial Guard to fight against the invading Space Orks.

Yet, Warhammer 40:000 Armageddon: Da Orks allows you to lead the Orks Army against the Imperium of Man. In the year 941.M41, a massive Space Hulk appears in the Armageddon star system. Unknown to Armageddon citizens, a deceptive Ork Invasion is in the works. Memorable characters such as Ghazghkull Thraka and Dok Grotsnik are included in the game. The campaign consists of 18 scenarios within 3 acts that take place throughout the wastelands of Armageddon  Prime, the equatorial jungle, and finally the Imperial Hive City.

The army you lead is composed of hundreds of units with different weaponry and those that survive a scenario get promoted to veterans status. These upgraded units become more valuable to you and their deaths should be avoided. Some of the mobs that you get to play with are the Boyz, Dreads, Nobz, Shootaz, Trukks, and Warbikerz. A multiplayer mode is available and you can play on iPad or PC with five available factions. You can watch the trailer for this game below.
