Riptide GP: Renegade – Out Now

The third instalment to the gorgeous jet racing title, Riptide GP: Renegade [$2.99] is out now worldwide. First of all, what’s most impressive about the mobile version is that it’s really cheap when you compare it to the $9.99 price of the Apple TV version or the $14.99 Steam version. And guess what? It includes the same features as the other platforms. Amazing, right?

This franchise is quite spectacular. Back when the game first launched on mobile, it was boasted to be ”the first ever console-quality water racing game for mobile.” There was no doubt about their claims, the game truly raised the bar for a next-generation experience on mobile devices. And now, the futuristic jet racing game is making another comeback with its new gigantic title Riptide GP: Renegade, the first title of the series to actually be designed with consoles in mind.

The game features Next Gen Water Racing with more advanced dynamic water racing experience, enhanced water physics, and more realistic splash effects. In addition, it includes more interesting environments that include interactive elements, secret shortcuts, and better designed obstacles. Of course, it comes with a career mode and a multiplayer mode.

Speaking of the career mode, it places you against worthy bosses, offering you unlimited jet customization, and unlocking dangerous stunts. While we all love a good career mode, what matters most is the multiplayer mode. There is an 8 player online mode that is really competitive and well built. You can also challenge your friends via leaderboard with the ghost-racing challenge mode.

In conclusion, the game looks brilliantly designed with cop chases, complex environments, superb graphics, and a water racing experience that will not be forgotten.
