For the last two days, we have been getting thousands of emails from Clash of Clans players complaining about being banned. In addition to that, tens of thousands of you have been viewing the page on our website that addressed the account banning. Therefore, it is safe to say that we can no longer ignore this issue and address it due to the high volume of complaints. Previously, Supercell announced that any player who uses third party applications will be facing consequences, including a permanent ban.
Let’s first start by saying that we are unable to retrieve your accounts because we are not Supercell. If we had the power to do so, we would have helped you. However, there are two things that we can do to help. The first thing that you should do is click here and contact support via in-game. To contact them out of game, then email them at email@example.com. In addition, you can fill in a contact form by clicking here.
If you have been banned by mistake, then explain to them that this was the case. We have provided you with all the ways possible to reach out to Supercell. What we can do on our part now is to contact Supercell, explain to them that there are a vast number of you that have lost their accounts and hope that they will listen.
