Who would’ve thought that it took 400 flying monkeys to demonstrate the power of the A10 chip found in the iPhone 7? Apparently, that’s what Apple and ThisGameStudio wanted to prove to the viewers during yesterday’s Apple Keynote. Oz: Broken Kingdom, a gorgeous game that is currently in soft launch was displayed on the new Apple device. We have to admit, it looked spectacular and we were impressed by how smoothly the iPhone 7 handled the demanding graphics of the game, especially seeing 400 flying monkeys on the screen with flawless frame rate.
Oz: Broken Kingdom will take advantage of the new features of the iPhone 7, such as the haptic feedback which will allow you to feel a vibrating feedback when engaged in the game. The plot of the game is based on the world of The Wizard of Oz where you will see memorable characters from the franchise. If you are familiar with the story or film, then you will recognize the Tin Man, Scarecrow, and the Lion.
Although in soft launch in countries like Australia and the Philippines, the game will launch worldwide along with the iPhone 7. Of course, to experience the power of the A10 chip with this game, you will need the iPhone 7. You will battle evil creatures, scary monsters, and challenging bosses in order to bring peace once and for all to the Kingdom of Oz. The trailer for this game can be viewed below.
