In April of this year, we talked about The Forgotten Room, a point & click horror title being developed by Glitch Games. Now we know that this game will be released on October 27th, just 3 days away from Halloween. It will be priced at the range of $1.99 and will be available for iOS, Android and Windows. With The Forgotten Room, the developers worked on building an unnerving environment rather than depending on cheap jumpscares.

Essentially, you will play as a paranormal investigator named John Murr that’s trying to solve the case of a missing 10 year old girl called Evelyn. The game combines elements from the mystery genre as much as the horror genre and that’s what elevates it into an experience worth exploring. You can watch the gameplay trailer for this game below.
