Nintendo has just announced that Super Mario Run [Free] is set to be released for Android this week on March 23rd. Exciting indeed! On the same day, iOS will receive Update 2.0 which will add new characters to play with. In addition, the update will render Worlds 1 – 4 as accessible in the free demo. These are all great developments.

As far as the new characters, they are four Yoshis and each comes with a different color: Yellow, Red, Purple, Blue. We can expect new characters from the Mario world to come in the future.
