Burnout Paradise Remastered – Should You Buy It On The Switch?

Released first in 2008 on the consoles, Burnout Paradise takes you into an open world racing experience. This fantastic game has now come to the Nintendo Switch but is it worth buying? Let’s first explore what you can do in Paradise City, the fictional place where you will roam and challenge players in. The game allows you to race others, escape the police, features a day-night cycle, and comes with all of its DLCs.

This game is one of the few that mastered the open world racing genre and does it with gorgeous scenery and challenging roads. The version that has come to the Nintendo Switch is the remastered version which was released in 2018 on the consoles, which brings a lot more content and support for higher-resolution displays. The game includes over 130 vehicles, new areas to explore, and hundreds of online challenges.

What you will be surprised to know is that this game runs at 60 FPS on the Nintendo Switch which is wonderful. There is no doubt that the game delivers an experience that you won’t find in any other game on the Nintendo Switch. Our only disappointment is the price of this game which currently stands at $49.99. It is extremely high because the same game costs $19.99 on other platforms and can be currently found for $4.99 on Steam due to a 75% sale going on.

Finally, we advise that you do add this game to your wish list but wait for a sale to go on because as much as amazing Burnout Paradise Remastered is, it is not worth the price that it is being sold for. We hope this brief article helped you make your mind about this game. You can watch the launch trailer for Burnout Paradise Remastered below.
