One of the much anticipated Mythical Pokemon coming to Pokemon Sword and Shield is called Zarude. Zarude made its first appearance in the latest Pokemon movie trailer, Pokemon Coco, back in February. In the movie, a wild child with tarzan-like abilities is discovered and is said to have a connection to Zarude. This Pokemon features a dual type of Dark and Grass. If we didn’t know better we would have mistaken it for a werewolf.

It was reported previously that the next Pokemon movie will revolve around Zarude which was planned to be released this month in Japan but has been delayed due to the pandemic. While there is no release date for the movie, there is information about Zarude. On August 7th, those who pre-purchase the movie ticket will receive a code to obtain Zarude in Pokemon Sword and Shield. These lucky players will also be receiving a code for a Shiny Celebi since Celebi will be making its appearance in the movie too!

This amazing opportunity will be available to Japanese players for now and there is no news about obtaining Zarude in other countries around the world. However, Nintendo might have to release Zarude into the game with an update around the date of August so that players don’t complain.
