Apex Legends, the action-packed battle royale that garnered a lot of momentum upon release, has been confirmed to be coming to the Nintendo Switch last year. At the time, the release date was only a speculation and Electronic Arts did not confirm it. However, we may now know the release date for Apex Legends on the Nintendo Switch and it is not far from now.

When Electronic Arts announced Season 8 of the game, they might have revealed the Switch release date in their Japanese trailer. Season 8 has been teased for February 2nd of this year and in the Japanese version, they added that, ”And on February 2nd, it will be possible to play on Switch at the same time as the start of Season 8!”

Now, this is amazing news. If this holds true, then in 2 weeks from now we will all be playing Apex Legends on our Nintendo Switch. Electronic Arts will most likely make an announcement about the Switch release within a week or so.
