Iceflake Studios is releasing a game we haven’t seen like before. Their game, Ice Lakes, is an open world ice fishing simulator that will be released on September 5th. We rarely see good fishing games on mobile, let alone an open world. The game will consist of over twenty unique types of fish which you have to catch. You can even drill into frozen rivers to try your luck in catching rare fish.

There will be several types of modes that will keep you occupied with the open world experience. Since it is a simulator, it tries to mimic the beauty of the day/night cycle. The trailer looks visually gorgeous and this is definitely a game that will lead the genre of fishing towards a better future.
