Minecraft: The Movie – Actor Steve Carell To Take A Leading Role

Minecraft: The Movie is progressing well so far and we wanted to share with you some of the recent developments regarding it. We previously mentioned that the director of the movie is Rob McElhenney, who’s known for acting in the famous comedy series It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. In addition, the writer is Jason Fuchs, the writer for Wonder Woman, Pan, and Ice Age: Contintental Drift.

However, the more interesting part of the story is that Steve Carell, the actor of The Office TV Series, will be taking a leading role in Minecraft: The Movie. We expect to see even more big names to join the cast because Warner Bros will ensure that this movie is a success. The film is expected to come to theaters on May 24th, 2019.
