From our long experience in dealing with mobile games, we can confidently say that Injustice: Gods Among Us was one game that most players were crazy about. It appealed to many gamers and communities and the announcement of a sequel was only a matter of time. Having all your favorite DC icons fighting against each other is a dream come true, and this dream is about to be taken to the next level.
Polygon has received a tip of a promo poster that features Injustice 2, something that we were expecting but haven’t heard anything about. It appears that some stores have been getting Injustice 2 pre-order posters and one employee decided to leak the image to GameStop. NetherRealm’s Ed Boon displayed his discontent with GameStop through a creative tweet. It is certainly not a good situation for the company and we wouldn’t have reported this story, but the word is already out there.
There’s speculation that Injustice 2 will be announced at next week’s E3 but we will have to wait and see. Of course, as far as we know, the game will be released for PC/Console but we do expect Injustice 2 to make its way to mobile because the first game proved to be phenomenally successful.
